What’s a Talent Treasure Hunter you ask? Well, you’d basically be the one finding the needles in the haystack of job applications. You’d be like a professional treasure hunter, except the treasure is highly-qualified people and the map is social media platforms.
Your role would be a little like playing matchmaker – not for romantic interests, but for people and jobs! You’ll need to have a knack for digging out potential candidates who are not just qualified, but are the perfect fit for our team. And guess what? Our playground isn’t just Ukraine. You’ll get to explore the talent in LATAM & Europe too!
Here’s the rundown of what you’ll be up to:
~ Chit-chatting with the Recruiting Lead about what kind of heroes we need for our open roles.
~ Hanging out (virtually) with potential candidates on professional networks and social media.
~ Getting your interview groove on, online.
~ Building your own Avengers-style team for current and future positions.
~ Keeping our candidate database spick and span.
Now, about you…
We need someone with 8+ months experience as a Talent Sourcer in IT. You need to be good in English – not just because of the founders (although they’re pretty cool), but because we speak the language of Shakespeare here.
You must also be savvy with sourcing techniques (a little Boolean search strings never hurt anyone). Plus, we’re big on communication, time management, and negotiation skills. So if you can talk, plan, and bargain like a pro, you’re our person!
